Estimate your factor VIII levels with HaemAlert

HaemAlert is a service that estimates Factor VIII levels in the blood. You can check your estimated levels at any time by visiting the levels page or checking the HaemAlert app on your Android based smart phone. NOTE: The HaemAlert smartphone app is currently in Beta and so is not generally available just yet.

How to get HaemAlert

Sign-up for a free 7 day trial and if you find the service useful you can buy a monthly subscription for £10 at any time, the trial does not start until you record your first infusion:

What can HaemAlert tell me?

The level display shows your current estimated level as a percentage. Beneath that is the severity category that your estimate falls within: Normal, Mild, Moderate and Severe.

Next is a list of the dates at which your level is estimated to pass into the next severity category. If you use the Android application it will push notifications to your phone each time you pass into the next severity level.
